FAQs

It is the responsibility of the organiser to seek an appropriate venue in advance if rain or heat above 32 degrees is forecast. Should severe weather make it unsafe or impossible to proceed, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event. The full amount will be payable for both the original and rescheduled date if less that 72hrs notice is given. The rescheduled event must take place within one (1) year of the original booking date.
We understand plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate cancellations or reschedules.
- More than 14 days’ notice: 50% deposit is retained; any additional payments are refunded.
- Within 14 days: Full booking fee is retained.
- Within 72 hours: 100% of the booking fee is charged.
Rescheduling:
- Allowed once per booking, must be within 1 year of the original date.
- If rescheduled with more than 14 days’ notice, full payment is required to secure the new date.
Weather or emergencies:
- We can reschedule if unsafe conditions occur. Less than 72 hours’ notice may still incur full charges.

We find that booking at least two months in advance ensures that you can secure the date, time and character you'd like. However, given that corporate bookings often require more extensive planning and additional characters, we recommend enquiring at least three to four months in advance to secure your characters and date.
Our entertainment and experiences are designed to be universal at your events, we cater to a large audience from many different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Shows are tailored to ages 0-12 while our character roaming, face painting and glitter provides entertainment and fun for kids and adults.
If no other performances are occurring we are able to provide our own professional speaker and microphones. These are only for use by our team for the duration of the performance. We do not provide lighting equipment.
Our stage performances ideally have a raised stage but can be adapted to a roped off stage area. We ask that there is a spot in front of the stage for guests to dance and enjoy followed by a seated/ standing area for parents. Depending on your requirements we can provide a backdrop for photos after the show or can keep the set up minimal for ease of flow to the next act.
We will arrive early for event briefing as well as set up for shows and face painting/ glitter. Should no specific event briefing be required our roaming performers will begin roaming at their allotted start time.
