You've come to the right place! Our performers have been working in the entertainment industry for 7 years! We have experience in event planning and are able to suggest stylists, cake decorators, balloon stylists and more!
You can sit back and relax as we entertain the little ones through engaging games, storytelling, I've singing, dancing, magic and more!
You can make a booking through our Enquiry Page or by clicking the Enquire Now button on our homepage. This will take you to our booking system, where you can enter all the details of your party.
Once your enquiry has been submitted, a member of our team will review it and respond via our booking system with either a confirmation and payment link or alternative options for times, dates, or characters. Please note: you’ll have 7 days to confirm your booking before your reserved slot is released for other families.
After your deposit has been paid, you can sit back and relax! We’ll take care of staffing and organising your event behind the scenes. You’ll receive a message one week before your party confirming the final details and providing a link for the remaining payment.
On the day of your event, our performers will arrive at the start of your booking time to help preserve the magic for any late arrivals. They’ll remain fully in character throughout the entire experience, ensuring a smooth and enchanting event for all the children. Our performers will guide the flow of activities, so you can simply enjoy the celebration without stress.
At the end of your session, our characters will quietly make their way back to their “carriage.” We kindly ask that parents keep little ones nearby during this time so the performer can depart without breaking the magic.
Yes! While all of our performers have valid working with children's checks the duty of care remains with the host of the party ☺️
We find that booking at least a month in advance ensures that you can secure the date, time and character you'd like. Sometimes we are able to accomodate last-minute bookings but it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment!
Please note that Horse and Carriage parties and Butterfly enclosures will need more notice to ensure we have availability 🌸
We have done parties for many different age groups ranging from 0-12 year olds. As all of our performers are highly experienced we are able to adjust our games and activities to engage with different age groups ensuring everyone has a fun time!
We suggest leaving a large open space for entertainment packages. If the party is being hosted outdoors please ensure there is enough shade for the children and performers.
Please note that if the temperature is above 35 degrees or below 15 degrees we will require the booking to be hosted indoors.
For face painting packages we just require a small section to set up our table and chairs.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that injuries, illness, or unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we always do our best to accommodate changes, we must also respect our performers’ time and ensure that other families have the opportunity to enjoy our services. As our services are in high demand, it is important that we not only look after our performers who have set aside their time for your booking but also ensure that we can help other families celebrate should you decide to cancel/reschedule your booking.
Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Event
If your booking is cancelled within seven (7) days of your event date, the full booking fee will be retained to cover performer preparation and scheduling costs.
Cancellations With More Than 7 Days’ Notice
If your booking is cancelled more than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date:
The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
Rescheduling With More Than 7 Days’ Notice
If you need to reschedule your booking more than seven (7) days before your event:
The full payment (deposit and remaining balance) must be paid immediately in order to secure the rescheduled date, subject to performer and date availability.
No additional rescheduling fee will apply.
Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.
Weather-Related or Emergency Cancellations
We understand that outdoor events and emergencies can sometimes disrupt your plans. If severe weather or an emergency makes it unsafe or impossible to proceed, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. The rescheduled event must take place within one (1) year of the original booking date.
If you choose not to reschedule, the 50% deposit (and any non-refundable costs already incurred for example external add ons) will be retained.
We truly appreciate your understanding as we balance flexibility for our clients with respect for our performers’ time, effort, and commitment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event we will do our best to accommodate the changes. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days notice then 50% of your balance will be charged. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice then 100% of the booking fee will still be charged. Rescheduling of an event is allowed one-time and must be within 1 year of the original date.
Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Event
If your booking is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of your event date, the full booking fee will be retained to cover performer preparation and scheduling costs.
Cancellations With More Than 7 Days’ Notice
If your booking is cancelled more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date:
The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
