Themed Face Painting
Our themed face painting is a wonderful addition to children’s parties, giving kids the chance to transform into their favourite magical designs, animals, and fun characters. It’s a popular activity that keeps children engaged and adds an extra touch of excitement to the celebration.
Our professional artists work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of detail, painting up to 12 children per hour. We use top-quality, hypoallergenic face paints that are safe for children’s skin and designed to last throughout the party.
You can also upgrade your booking by having your face painter arrive in costume as a Fairy, adding even more magic to your event.

Themed Glitter Bar
Our Glitter Bar is a sparkling favourite at kids’ parties, offering beautiful glitter designs that children absolutely love. Using cosmetic-grade glitters and custom gel glitter options, our artists create fun, shimmering looks that suit your party theme.
Glitter applications are quick and popular, allowing our artists to service up to 20 children per hour, making it a great option for larger parties or when lots of kids want to join in.

Once you’ve selected which package and add-ons you would like, send us an enquiry via the button below. After we’ve approved your booking, all you need to do is sit back and relax while we plan the rest.
BEFORE YOUR EVENT

In the weeks leading up to your event you will receive a reminder from us regarding remaining payments and confirming all details are correct for your booking. This is a perfect time to let us know if you have any extra guests who have RSVP’d so that we can ensure everyone is accounted for.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT
Our character performers arrive at the start of your booking time, ready to begin the fun right away - no setup time required. From the moment they arrive, the magic begins! Your chosen character will guide the flow of the party with games, music, and activities, keeping the children engaged while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration.
*If you have specific timing requests - such as serving food or singing Happy Birthday - our performers are happy to adapt the schedule to suit your party.

We require a space large enough for all the children to sit or stand in a circle so everyone can participate comfortably in the games and activities.
To help the party run smoothly, we also ask that surrounding guests keep noise levels low during the entertainment, so the character can clearly give instructions and keep the flow of the games going.
*Note that for performer wellbeing we require all bookings above 32 degrees and under 15 degrees to be held indoors with adequate heating/cooling. Outdoor events will also require a shaded area for activities

We recommend cutting the birthday cake in the final 10–15 minutes of the party so your character can join for the Happy Birthday song, photos, and a magical farewell.
For longer bookings, a great time to serve food is during our glitter activities, as these are done one child at a time. This allows the children to stay engaged with the character while others enjoy their food.

For the duration of the party, we require at least one responsible adult to be present. While our performers are adept at engaging children, we do not assume responsibility for managing unruly behavior and the duty of care and safety of guests remains with the host. Please be aware that any damage to the performer's costume caused by a child will result in applicable charges.

To secure our services, please select your desired character and party package, then complete our online booking form. Once approved, we will promptly send you a confirmation email and you will have 7 days to confirm your details and pay the deposit. Please note that a deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. A 15% surcharge will be applied for all public holiday bookings.

We offer the convenience of payment through Bank Transfer or credit card (by request). However, please be aware that your booking will only be considered reserved once we have received the deposit. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to your party date. We do not accept cash payments.

We proudly serve all areas of Melbourne. While we are open to accommodating requests regionally and nationally, please be aware that additional travel fees may apply.

We recommend having your performer arrive at least 30 minutes after your guests' arrival to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life is unpredictable and plans may change. While we do our best to accommodate adjustments, please note that our services are in high demand and we must respect our performers’ time.Cancellations within 7 days: Full booking fee retained.
Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice: 50% deposit retained; additional payments refunded.
Rescheduling: Allowed once per booking, must be within 1 year; full payment required to secure the new date.
Weather or emergencies: We can reschedule at no extra charge. If you choose not to reschedule, the 50% deposit (and any non-refundable costs) will be retained.

The Magic Behind the Wings
Enchanted Wings Entertainment was founded in 2024 by WAAPA-trained performer Abbey with a vision to bring high-quality princess and fairy entertainment to families across Melbourne. With authentic characters, live-singing performances, and professionally trained performers from musical theatre and opera backgrounds, the company quickly became a trusted choice for magical children’s events. With a strong focus on inclusivity, our performers are trained to create supportive, sensory-aware experiences so every child feels comfortable, welcomed, and able to enjoy the magic. We are proud to work with local councils, collaborate with organisations such as Dr Golly, and volunteer annually with the Royal Children’s Hospital - sharing magical moments with families across the community.
